Wonderful! I cannot recommend Dr. Whelan and his team highly enough. I am completely petrified of all things medical but have managed to have 4 fillings with zero pain or trauma. Dr. Whelan suggested a type of sedation for my procedure which worked perfectly. The seditionist who he contracted was also incredibly kind and thoughtful. I arrived knowing I was in the best of hands and I felt cared for throughout the process. My teeth look amazing and are most importantly much healthier. The team have been so patient with me throughout - they have a holistic approach to both my teeth health and general wellbeing (as someone who's scared of the dentist!). Many thanks to the whole team at Dental Beauty. Absolutely fantastic!

Great dentist! Dr Whelan has always been so friendly and put me at ease when I was very nervous. I needed lots of fillings, 2 referrals for root canal and wisdom tooth extraction and then I whitened my teeth and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My oral hygiene is the best it’s ever been and I now love how my teeth look in photos. Thank you so so much. Also a very organised receptionist, appointment reminders by email and phone and able to fit you in for emergencies when necessary.

Best dental practice I have visited in 12 years of living in London.I had a dental emergency and by lucky circumstances I was offered a same day slot.All the staff (the lady receptionist, doctors and nurses) are exceptional - customer care, kindness, professionalism, experience, communication is on a higher standard than one could ever expect.I had a full checkup, was very clearly explained the situation and all the possible options for treatment. I originally went as a NHS patient and was treated with respect and care and wasn’t upsold any services (like many other dental practices do). In the end we agreed to proceed with a mix of both NHS and private treatments for the best result and outcome.Thank you for your service and I am looking forward to starting the treatment plan! Excellent services provide by the practice. Josh (NHS) dentist, explained every part of my treatment as to what he was doing, what my options were as well as after care. He went above and beyond to provide a very personal experience making sure I was comfortable and happy with everything. The reception staff are great in following up to ensure as early as possible for an appointment could be booked in to accommodate my needs. The dental nurses, are very skilled and supportive too.I've only recently joined this dentist but it is by far the best dental practice I have experience.

The team here are extremely friendly, and professional. I registered my toddler first and was so amazed at the care they provided to her as not many establishments are baby friendly, since that visit I decided to register as a paitent. This is by far the best dental practice I ever been in the UK.  I really thank God that I have chosen this practice because the dentist here are all very skillful and friendly. Dr Joshua had helped me to save a tooth with couple of root canal treatments and detailed consultations and it was eventually done with a beautiful crown! Moreover, He really spent his time to attend to all my problems and his level best to conduct every treatment. I had my first root canal here and the treatment was great. I had called 111 in excruciating pain and been given insane wait times by local dentistries before I found this one. They gave me an appointment shortly after and were very professional. I’ve never experienced any pain afterwards and the dentist was very reassuring which was good since I had heard awful stories about getting root canals. The hygienist also gives great advice and treatment, so I never feel like I have to dread my next appointment.

Brilliant dental practise. I first took my kids there and the dentist was so good with them. This was on NHS. Liked it so much that I booked check ups for myself. I often send this video to patients who want to know a little bit more about how Invisalign works.

We always cover this during our free consultations, however, what I love about this video ,is that it helps give patients a glimpse into the technology and science behind how Invisalign works. As well as showing a few examples of actual patients who have had it done, talking about how it was for them.

They are designed in a series. Such that your first aligners is where your teeth are today, and your last aligner is where your teeth are to end up.

Each aligner along the series is in a slightly more moved or rotated position closer towards the new shape of your smile.

Each week at home, you as the patients would change over to your next aligner. As this aligner is slightly more moved along in the desired position, it puts pressure on the teeth which is what will causes teeth to move.

Typically once you have started your treatment you’ll visit us every 6-8 weeks. This is usually tailored to suit each patients needs.

In essence that is how Invisalign works.
